Restore Premium upgrade

If you've switched to a new phone or reinstalled Wordfeud, you may see ads even though you've previously purchased Premium. To restore your purchase:


1) Open Wordfeud and tap the settings icon.

2) Tap Restore previous purchase.

3) If prompted, sign in with your account. Use the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) that you originally purchased Premium with.


4) You should see a confirmation that Premium has been restored. Enjoy ad-free Wordfeud!


Troubleshooting

  • You must be signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase. It's not possible to transfer Premium between accounts.
  • Premium purchases do not transfer between platforms (e.g., a purchase made on iOS cannot be restored on Android, and vice versa).
  • If the restore doesn't work, try restarting the app and attempting again.
